Shipping:
I
will ship out for a trial period of 2 days, (48 hours), with a FULL
prepayment, (I hold your credit card with authorization only!)
There will be a $65.00,
(English saddles), $95.00 (Western) NON-REFUNDABLE try out
fee! (these are my shipping fees and Box/Packing material
costs) You will also pay all return shipping fees.
You
will receive a tracking number the day I ship so you can track your saddle!

I
will also accept money orders, cashiers checks for same day
shipping. Personal check will be held 10 days to clear.
I am also set up to accept VISA AND MASTERCARD credit cards for same day shipping! This can be done either by
phone or using separate emails to send number!
(please split the CC numbers into 2 different emails!)
I
also accept payment through PAYPAL using your Visa or M/C,
(Please ask me for a money request!). They
are now International as well!! I

Trial Period and
Payment Responsibilities

 | The
customer must cover the cost of the saddle with either cash or
credit card authorization |
| If
saddle is returned the customer is responsible for insured freight
to Netfilly Equestrian E-Store. All shipments must be made with
United Parcel Service, (least expensive for large items!) or USPS. |
| The
customer has 2 days upon confirmation of receipt of the saddle to
determine whether or not he or she is keeping the saddle. |
| If
saddle is returned there will be a $65.00/$95.00 fee
assessed from the amount to be credited back. See above for
breakdown of these charges. |
| Buyer
must inform Netfilly E-Store within 48 hours if buyer intends to
return saddle. Buyer will not ship saddle back without first getting
confirmation from Netfilly E-Store that saddle can be returned!! |
| If
Netfilly Equestrian E-Store does not receive any communication
within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by UPS then saddle is
considered SOLD!!! |
| Under
certain situations a longer trial period will be needed, this will
only be facilitated through confirmed communication between both
parties!!!
|
| There will
be NO RETURNS allowed on any special ordered or drop shipped saddles!!!! |

Usage Surcharges
|
| Saddles
may be girthed up and ridden in with stirrup leathers. Please use
socks over the leathers if the saddle is NEW! Saddles are to be
returned in the same condition in which they were received. |
| Any
saddle returned with excessive wear on the flaps, scratches in the
leather or dings in the pommel, cantle or elsewhere will
automatically be assessed a minimum 10% surcharge of the saddle
value. |
| Any
major damage will asses a value surcharge indicative of repair
costs! |

Disclaimer
|
| The
Seller of all goods, equipment, and supplies hereunder makes no
representations and/or warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever
regarding the goods sold. |
| Buyers
are purchasing the materials in as-is condition, and Buyers warrant
and affirm that they are not buying any of the materials based upon
representations of Seller or Seller's agents. |
| Seller
specifically disclaims any applicability of the warranties relating
to fitness for particular purpose. |
| Buyers
agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Seller harmless from and
against any claims for breach of warranty of any kind or nature
whatsoever. |
| In
the event that it becomes necessary for Seller to institute legal
proceedings in order to enforce the terms of this disclaimer, Seller
shall be entitled to obtain all costs associated with such
enforcement, including attorney’s fees from any Buyer hereunder. |
