I get allot of people wanting to consign saddles with me!! Below is an example of one of the forms I would fax to you if you want me to try and sell your saddle!

I charge a 20-25% final sale fee depending on the price of the item, (under $500.00 is 25% and over $500.00 is 20%)! I do all the advertising, auction listings, shipping, pictures, money/credit card handling and returns!

There are no guarantees on time frame of sale! I do try my best though to move saddles fast!! Better for my site!!

You pay only to ship your saddle to me. I take it from there and you pay me nothing till the saddle sells!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR SADDLE BACK AT ANY TIME THERE IS A FEE OF $75.00 TO SHIP back AND COVER some OF MY EXPENSES!

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

I, ________________________________ the seller of saddles/tack listed on page 2, do agree to consign the sale of said saddles/tack with Kelly Daoust of Netfilly Equestrian E-Store, PO Box 749, Fort Bragg, CA 95437. (707) 357-1480 (cell phone), (707) 202-0167 (fax).

A commission of 20%-25% of the final price will be paid to Kelly Daoust upon completion of sale.  (under $500.00 is 25% and over $500.00 is 20%)

Kelly Daoust agrees to be honest in her evaluation and pricing of said saddles/tack. She also agrees to send payment via check for the final amount less her commission of 20%-25%

Seller agrees that there is no set time limit on the selling of these saddles/tack and that it is Kelly Daoust’s sole responsibility to advertise and list at auction to her discretion. Seller will state on page 2 the minimum-selling price needed before commissions are paid! 

Seller and Kelly Daoust will communicate if the saddles/tack do not appear to be selling and will agree on price adjustments accordingly.

It is seller’s responsibility to pay shipping costs incurred to send saddles to Kelly Daoust. It is also seller’s responsibility to pay shipping costs should seller want saddles/tack returned to said seller.

There is a $75.00 fee to return a saddle to the seller!

***It is also noted that all care will be taken to make sure saddles/tack are kept in the same if not better condition they arrived in.  If saddle goes out on trial and comes back, there will not be a refund of funds until said saddle is inspected by Kelly Daoust and found to be in same condition as when sent out on trial.  In the event that saddles/tack are at all damaged in the selling/holding process Kelly Daoust is NOT responsible for the purchase of said saddle/tack.****
