THORNHILL HALF CHAPS!! High quality, thick suede!! Velcro strap at top that runs through keeper so these won't get loose!!! 4 wide Velcro straps on leg. Thick elastic that goes under boot! These are the nicest half chaps I can find in this price range!!!
